By accessing iwasat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

iwasat provides a platform for users to log and visualize their concert history using interactive maps. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and personal archival purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password or through a supported third-party authentication provider (like Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Map Data & Mapbox

Our maps are powered by Mapbox. By using iwasat, you also agree to be bound by the Mapbox Terms of Service.

• Attribution: You must not remove, hide, or alter the Mapbox logo or copyright notices displayed on the map.
• Prohibited Acts: You may not use any automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract map tiles, venue data, or coordinates from iwasat for use in any other application or database.

5. Limitation of Liability

iwasat is not responsible for inaccurate venue locations, cancelled events, or map errors. We are not liable for any damages—personal or financial—arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these terms are violated.
